BLAZA RETURN POLICY

 

In order to guarantee a good shopping experience, Blaza is committed to ensuring that you get your products and services in the best condition. We will only be processing refunds or replacement for defective items.

1.0 Claiming Process 

  • If your item is deemed defective according to your expectation, contact us on 16222 with the details of the product, the defect as well as the merchants’ name. Upon discussions the item may be returned to the merchant.

  • Upon the receipt of the returned goods, the merchant will then examine the goods for themselves.

  • Once it is clear that indeed there is a defect, Blaza will be notified by the merchant.

  • The product will then be replaced, or a refund will be processed.

  • Food items will be returned or replaced on the same day

  • Other product refunds will be processed within 2 -3 days .

1.1 Food Defects

  • Food will be deemed defective if it was not received in safe packaging

  • If food arrived later than an hour between 12pm and 4pm

  • If the food did not arrive fresh and presentable

  • Spoilt food can be returned for a refund or a replacement

  •  In the unlikely event that the wrong order is delivered, you have the right to reject it. If the Participating Restaurant/merchant can only prepare a part of your order e.g. because certain Goods are not in stock,we will contact you and ask if you would like to replace this part of your order with something else or if you would like to cancel the order. You have the right to refuse a partial order before it is delivered. 

1.2 Electronic Items

  • Items can be returned for a refund or replacement If the merchandise does not perform the core function or is defected

  • All electronic items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and with an original receipt

  • Returns must be made within 30days of purchase date

  • If you return and we accept merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price.

  • If you are not able to receive the order at the time of delivery, we will not be able to deliver the order at another specified time and will not provide any refunds

  •  In the unlikely event that the wrong order is delivered, you have the right to reject it. If the Participating Restaurant/merchant can only prepare a part of your order e.g. because certain Goods are not in stock,we will contact you and ask if you would like to replace this part of your order with something else or if you would like to cancel the order. 1.3 Fashion and Beauty Items

  • All items must be returned in their original condition (unknown, unwashed, and unaltered) the security tag and all other tags still have to be attached

  • Contact has to be made within 30days of purchase

  •  In the unlikely event that the wrong order is delivered, you have the right to reject it. If the Participating Restaurant/merchant can only prepare a part of your order e.g. because certain Goods are not in stock,we will contact you and ask if you would like to replace this part of your order with something else or if you would like to cancel the order.
